| Abstract: | Se analiza el área de distribución del género Megaleas, se registra por primera vez para Colombia y se describe una nueva especie Megaleas angelae n. sp. En Altaquer- Nariño, Sur de Colombia, con base en material depositado en la colección entomológica del Instituto de Ciencias de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia Sede Bogotá. Se discuten diferencias entre Megaleas syrna y la nueva especie. We analyze the range Megaleas genus is recorded for the first time to Colombia and described a new species Megaleas angelae n. sp. In Altaquer-Nariño, Colombia South, based on material deposited in the entomological collection of the Institute of Sciences of the National University of Colombia in Bogotá. We discuss differences between Megaleas Syrna and the new species. |
