dc.description.abstract | Los tejidos naturales duros como hueso, esmalte y dentina son tejidos calcificados además de algunos componentes orgánicos. El diente tiene un alto porcentaje de tejido mineral, conformado básicamente por fosfatos de calcio como la hidroxiapatita. En este artículo se describe el diseño y aplicación de dos biocerámicas fosfocálcicas, biomiméticas, sintetizadas a partir de la cáscara de huevo, por el grupo GRAMO. Estas fueron colocadas en molares de ratas Wistar, como fase preliminar en el desarrollo de un nuevo material para uso sobre humanos. En los premolares se observó el comportamiento biológico tanto en respuesta aguda como en respuesta crónica. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Hard natural tissues such as bone, enamel and dentin are calcified tissues in addition to some organic components. The tooth has a high percentage of mineral tissue, basically made up of calcium phosphates such as hydroxyapatite. This article describes the design and application of two biomimetic phosphocalcium bioceramics, synthesized from eggshell, by the G group. These were placed in molars of Wistar rats, as a preliminary phase in the development of a new material for use on humans. In the premolars, the biological behavior was observed in both the acute response and the chronic response. | eng |
